Bag Check 

Bag check is available from 6:45 am- 2 pm to all participants. bag check is located in the bag check tent in front of the park shelter. Small items and electronics will be accepted. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items. Those items that are not picked up you will be able to get the following week at Admin Office, 5215 Verona Rd, Fitchburg, WI, M-F 9-5 
 

Who Can Participate 

This is a family friendly event, Children 8 and under are FREE to attend, however, they must be accompanied by an adult. We highly recommend families and children take part in the 8mile, 5k, 2 mile walk and yoga activities! If you have a stroller or wheelchair, we ask that you please line up in the back for the safety of others. 
 

Weather/ refund policy 

This race will happen rain or shine unless severe weather is forecasted. This call will be made at 5:30 am the day of the ride. This ride does not offer refunds. You will receive an email if the event is canceled. Please also check our Facebook page regularly for important event updates: https://www.facebook.com/bgcdc . In the chance that the event is cancelled, we still suggest you move on your own time! You can even show us how you are moving by posting on social media and tagging our pages!
